Over this past year, Kitchen Sage has accomplished the following:
-10 completed the six week culinary leadership training; 71% completion rate.
-90% of these participants passed the ServSafe Manager Certification Exam
-3 are currently working in the food service industry and 3 are in paid externships
-Currently there are 6 new participants in the Kitchen Sage Culinary Leadership training.
-Five more training cohorts are planned through next Spring, 2018.
